The care of your property during the rental period is important for both you and your tenant.

Renting out your home whilst you are abroad is a difficult and time consuming process. You may not be able answer tenant’s questions immediately and cannot see work the at needs to be done; depending on friends and family is also not the ideal solution. We work together with the company BeheerMijnVastgoed. With a portfolio of around 40 properties at a given time they can be your eyes and ears during the rental period. Being the fixed contact point for your tenants they can take the worries out of your hands and make the management aspect of your rental property easy for you.
