Property search

After an initial meeting, (in person or via telephone) to discuss your specific rental needs, we will inform you about the property rental market in the Netherlands and specifically in this region.

Once we have established your personal requirements we begin our search on your behalf. Using our personal and professional networks we check the property market daily in order to find you suitable properties.

After discussing these properties with you we prepare a housing tour, making appointments to view properties. We will view the properties together with you, picking you up from the station, office or hotel if required.

Once you have made a choice of preferred property we will:

• Assess the value of the property based on the current market;
• Provide you with information and advice about the location, wider area, facilities etc.
• Make an offer, on your behalf, to the (agent of) landlord of your chosen property;
• Negotiate, on your behalf with the (agent of) landlord over rental price and conditions;
• Assess the rental agreement drawn up by (the agent of) the landlord and advise amendments where necessary;
• Be present to guide you at the check-in and check-out.
