After an initial meeting (in person or via telephone) to discuss your specific rental needs, we will fully inform you about the property rental market in the Netherlands and specifically in this region.

Fully informed about the market, you make your own search on the Internet for suitable properties. Once you have chosen the properties you wish to view, we can provide a combination of the following services:

• Prepare a housing tour, making appointments to view properties;
• View the properties together with you, picking you up from the station, office or hotel if required;
• Provide you with information and advice about the location, wider area, facilities etc.

Once you have made a choice of preferred property we will:

• Assess the value of the property based on the current market;
• Make an offer, on your behalf, to the (agent of) landlord of your chosen property;
• Negotiate, on your behalf with the (agent of) landlord over rental price and conditions;
• Be present to guide you at the check-in and check-out.
